Different Ancient Thai Massages (Nuad Bo-Rarn) are available: Relaxation & calming massage or Energizing & strengthening massage.
The techniques used are also inspired by Swedish massage and include oil effleurage, soft petrissage, acupressure as well as a delicate stretch for the muscles, fascias, and joints. The intention requested (relaxation or energizing) will also define an adapted level of pressure.
Aromatherapy:
In addition to the chosen massage, a few drops of essential oil can be added to the vegetal oil (sesame, almond or macadamia).
The power of essential oil combined with a flow of movements will transform the massage into a tailor-made aromatherapy experience.
This wellness moment can be energizing or relaxing also according to the properties of the chosen essential oils.
